Yamanlar is located at the Organized Industrial Zone in Sincan, in our state capital Ankara. Of our total of 21,500 m2 of land, 14,000 m2 has been allotted for our plant and administrative building. Manufactured in accordance with local and international quality standards, our annual production capacity is 12,000 tons.
Our professional team is made up of designers, welders, manufacturers and specialists in coating and sandblasting to handle a variety of manufacturing capacities fulfilled at international standards for all types of power plants, refineries, cement factories, stadiums and residences among others. A vitally important attribute in the industry and technology for metal structures is to have the know-how to be able to safeguard against corrosion to ensure the longevity and durability of the structure. Properly applied, the most common method of coating metal surfaces is with paint. Just as important as the application of the paint itself is the surface preparation phase (sandblasting, grinding, turbine pressured balls in tunnels), as well as the suitability and monitoring of the temperature and humidity levels to ensure the longevity and durability of the structure after the coating process.
To ensure the longevity and durability of structures in the areas of coating and sandblasting, we update and improve our design and assembly quality standards on an on-going basis by adhering to international standards and requirements. For this, we have an experienced professional staff and state-of-the-art technologies.
Located at 45 km from the Ankara city center, our plant is on a total of 21,500 m2 of land and has:
